Format: | Depending on numbers, we may mix boys and girls in the poules. If this is the case, there will be two rounds of poules with the second round being unmixed. The event format will be chosen close to the event to ensure fencers have the maximum number of (unique) poule fights as possible, while still also ensuring that the event will run smoothly. An email detailing the event format will be circulated to all fencers prior to the event. |

Extra Information: | The organisers will provide referees. However, clubs sending five or more fencers are encouraged to send at least a referee per five fencers. Qualified referees will be paid a day rate and all referees will be provided with lunch and refreshments. All referees must provide a valid BFA membership number (social membership is sufficient). |
