| Transport: | Sat Nav directions as per postcode. Nearest Train station is Cardiff Central, approx. 10-15mins walk. National Express coach station at Sophia Gardens. |
| Parking: | Free onsite, but when the WiS is busy there is a separate Pay-to-park adjacent to the min car park, cost variable but usually £5 - £10 per day. |
| Equipment: | Armourer will be available for repairs |
| Accommodation: | Onsite accommodation via Welsh Institute tel: 02920 300500 or numerous hotels/B&B in and around Cathedral Road/ Cardiff central area. |
| Extra Information: | The organisers will provide referees. However, clubs sending five or more fencers are encouraged to send at least one referee per five fencers. Qualified referees will be paid a daily rate and all referees will be provided with lunch and refreshments. All referees must provide a valid BFA membership number. |
