| Equipment: | Armourer will be available for personal repairs and general equipment maintaince. |
| Accommodation: | Onsite accommodation via Welsh Institute tel: 02920 300500 or numerous hotels/B&B in and around Cathedral Road/ Cardiff central area. |
| Extra Information: | Referees will be provided. However, it would be greatly appreciated if clubs having more than 4 competitors across all age/gender groups would provide one referee. Referees will be paid a daily rate and provided with refreshments. |
