PHOTOGRAPHY AND USE OF IMAGERY
LPJS events follow the BF photographic policy which can be found in full on the BF website: BF Photography Policy
LPJS competitions take place in a public place the event organisers cannot be held responsible for photographs taken by members of the public.
If you do not wish photographs of your child to be taken during the event please inform the event organiser. The event organiser will then take proactive measures to avoid images being taken – for example additional competition announcements and/or approaching members of the audience who appear to be taking images of any kind and requesting that they delete the images.
Failure of an individual to follow a reasonable request of this nature should be reported to British Fencing.
From time to time LPJS event organisers will take picture for event promotion. If you don't wish your child to be photographed or filmed please notify the event organiser.
By entering an LPJS event the parents or guardian of the fencer understands that photographs or video of the fencing can be taken at the event and it is their responsibility to inform the organiser if they do not connect.
