| Accommodation: | Onsite accommodation via Welsh Institute tel: 02920 300500 or numerous hotels/B&B in and around Cathedral Road/ Cardiff central area. |
| Extra Information: | The organisers will provide referees. However, clubs sending five or more fencers are encouraged to send at least one referee per five fencers. Qualified referees will be paid a daily rate and all referees will be provided with lunch and refreshments. All referees must provide a valid BFA membership number. |
